• Flawsy Studio is not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any product.

Products

• Some products may be sold exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
• Colors, textures, and previews may vary based on your monitor and device settings.
• I may limit sales to specific persons, regions, or jurisdictions.
• Purchase limits may be applied per person, household, or order.

Orders & Payments

• You must provide accurate and complete purchase information.
• Orders may be refused or canceled at my discretion.

Return & Refund Policy

• Digital products are non-refundable.

Asset Usage Terms

Modding Into Games

You may use Flawsy Studio assets for personal modding in games (e.g., GTA/VRChat) as long as:

• They are not publicly reuploaded.
• They are not used for profit.
• They remain for personal or non-commercial use only.

Texture Creation & Sale

You may create and sell textures for Flawsy Studio assets under these conditions:

• You may not include or sell the original mesh.
• Credit must be given to Flawsy / Flawsy Studio.
• Your listing must state you are selling textures only, not the model.

Redistribution

Redistribution of assets—edited or unedited—is strictly prohibited.

Assets may only appear as part of a finished project, such as:

• videos
• artwork
• game builds

They may not be shared as standalone files.

Credit Requirements

Public projects using Flawsy Studio assets must include visible credit in:

• video descriptions
• game credits
• product descriptions
• social posts

No Liability

Flawsy Studio is not responsible for issues related to:

• avatar setup
• Unity/Blender errors
• performance issues
• corrupted files
• project conflicts

All assets are used at your own risk.

Ownership

You may edit assets for personal use, but ownership remains with Flawsy Studio.
